This 3-month immersion is a deep dive into the mastery you are here to embody. The journey is structured as a series of nine potent sessions, three per month, designed to guide you from rooting into your core to blossoming into your fullest expression. Month 1: The Rooting Phase

The first month is dedicated to establishing a strong foundation. We will clear what no longer serves and set a clear, soulful intention for the journey ahead.

* Session 1: Sacred Grounding & Intention Setting
We begin with a deep dive into your current energetic landscape. This session includes an initial Meal Diagnoses to align your physical nourishment with your spiritual goals, followed by Water Alchemy Intention Setting to consciously anchor the sacred purpose of our work together.

* Session 2: Unearthing Your Wisdom with SQ-RIT
Your first ceremonial healing session with SQ-RIT (Shamanic Quantum Regression Integration Techniques). We will journey into the spirit realm to access ancestral wisdom, clear energetic imprints, and begin the process of profound integration.

* Session 3: Embodied Consciousness
This session focuses on connecting with your body as a vessel for your spirit. You will be introduced to foundational Embodiment and Movement Techniques, learning to attune to your inner guidance and move stagnant energy. This is also where we begin the guidance on the intentional use of Microdosing.

Month 2: The Integration Phase
Month two is where the magic truly unfolds. We will go deeper, integrating the insights from the first month and expanding into new levels of awareness.

* Session 4: Deepening the Journey with SQ-RIT
A second, deeper session with SQ-RIT, focused on integrating the wisdom from your past and aligning it with your present truth. We will listen for the gold in your story, transforming old narratives into powerful resources for your expansion.

* Session 5: Energetic Flow & Embodied Attunement
We will expand on the Embodiment and Movement Techniques, focusing on clearing energetic blockages and cultivating a conscious flow of energy. This practice will empower you to become a true conscious conduit.

* Session 6: Microdosing & Conscious Conduit Practice

This session is dedicated to integrating your Microdosing Guidance with advanced consciousness practices. We will focus on listening to your own field and developing your unique language for receiving and transmitting guidance.

Month 3: The Mastery Phase
The final month is about embodying your transformation and preparing you for a life of continued mastery. We will anchor the shifts you have made, ensuring they are integrated into every aspect of your being.

* Session 7: Future Visioning with SQ-RIT

Our final SQ-RIT session will focus on future visioning and expansion. We will access your highest potential and anchor it into your present reality, paving the way for your most expansive future.

* Session 8: Legacy Embodiment

We will use advanced Embodiment and Attunement Techniques to anchor all the work we've done into your physical and energetic body. This is a session of celebration and integration, embodying the transformation from the inside out.

* Session 9: Continued Connection & Expansion
Our final session focuses on continued expansion. We will create a personalized practic___e for you to carry forward, ensuring you have the tools to maintain your heightened state of awareness and continue to expand long after our time together.
